We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement prohibits it.
5. Payment Terms

- We may require a deposit before beginning work
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
- We reserve the right to pause work on projects with overdue payments
6. Project Changes and Cancellation

Changes to project scope, deliverables, or timelines must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.
6.2 Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project as specified in the project agreement. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

- We will only use the information provided to respond to your specific request
- No payment information is collected through this form
- Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. This warranty is valid for 30 days following delivery.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Confidentiality
We will treat all non-public information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or for the purpose of providing our services.
10. Hosting
10.1 Hosting Services
If we provide hosting services, we strive for 99% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance or factors beyond our control (e.g., hosting provider issues, force majeure events). Specific uptime commitments will be outlined in separate hosting agreements.
10.2 Maintenance and Support
We offer various maintenance packages to keep your website secure and updated. The specific terms, coverage, and response times will be outlined in a separate maintenance agreement.
11. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
